Helpful tips to ensure a smooth loan process:

Send copies or PDF’s of actual statements and documents rather than screenshots, overview, or photos.
Numbered pages require ALL numbered pages on statements, even if blank.
Tax returns require all federal schedules and please sign and date page 2 of your 1040s if not already.
Uploading all at once is much easier to execute the process.

W-2’s for the previous 2 years
Paycheck stubs for the last 30 years
Checking and savings account statements for the last two months (all pages)
Most recent statements for 401(k)s, stocks, and other investments
Photo indentification (valid driver’s license or passport) for applicant and co-applicant

Awards/benefits letter showing current/projected monthly benefits for Social Security, retirment, disability, or pension income recieved.
Child support orders showing current amount receiving

DD214 for veterans or DD256 for veteran reservists
If refinancing: copy of the current mortgage bill
If you’ve filed for bankruptcy in the past seven years: copies of pention and discharge, including supporting shchedules A through K
If applicable: divorce decree
If you own one or more rental properties: copies of leases, mortgage statments, homeowners insurance, and property tax statments
If not a U.S. citizen: Permanent Resident Card, employment authorization card, or ITIN
